For those of you that don’t know me I was recently diagnosed with Stage III melanoma cancer. It’s possible it’s further along than that, but more tests are needed.
I’ve received an immense amount of support, and a message I’m hearing over and over is “But you’re the healthiest person I know.”

Unfortunately for me and everyone else cancer doesn’t give a fuck how healthy you seem to be. This should be taken as a warning shot. DO NOT WAIT to get shit checked out. DO NOT WAIT to change your diet. DO NOT WAIT to start going to the gym.
Don’t wait to love yourself, or tell someone else that you love them. That you’re grateful for them. This world needs more positive and inspirational people, and you can be one of them starting now. Don’t take this lightly. Take action.
I still am healthy. I feel amazing, and probably have more energy and strength than you do right now.
